From Surviving to Thriving
With Support that Feels Safe, Steady, and Authentic
I offer 1:1 and group support for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally tired, or disconnected, even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
Maybe you’re the reliable one.
The thoughtful one....
The one who copes, adapts, and keeps going.
And yet, something feels off....
You might feel emotionally tired, easily overwhelmed, disconnected from your needs,
or unsure how to ask for support without feeling like a burden.
You don’t need a dramatic story to deserve care....
Feeling unseen or unheard for a long time is reason enough.Support isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you.
It’s about creating enough safety to listen to what’s been waiting underneath.

Hi, I'm Subuhi
I'm Subuhi Safvi, a Trauma and Resilience Coach. My mission is to empower survivors of abuse on their journey to reclaim their lives and find safety and well-being to live their lives joyfully and authentically.
As a survivor myself, I understand the courage it takes to embark on the path of healing. Beyond my formal education and training, I draw from personal experience, utilising a variety of powerful techniques that aided me in my own recovery. These include mindfulness, breathwork, guided meditation, Family Constellation Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Metaphor Therapy. This unique blend of professional expertise and lived wisdom enables me to provide a truly empathetic and effective approach to guiding survivors toward a safe and healthy future.
I work with people who’ve spent years adapting, managing, and being strong, and are now ready to feel more connected, grounded, and at home in themselves.
I support clients with:
-
Emotional overwhelm and shutdown
-
Difficulty expressing needs or boundaries
-
People-pleasing or over-responsibility
-
Feeling disconnected from themselves or others
-
Repeating patterns in relationships
-
Learning how to feel safe resting, receiving, and being seen
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and paced with care.
We focus on building emotional safety, resilience, and self-trust — so change feels sustainable, not forced.

A little more about me
I'm a feminist, a dog mom, and a vegan. I was raised in a secular home that valued curiosity and diversity, and those things show up in how I work. I read widely, including fantasy, feminist literature, history, and LGBTQIA+ writing. I have a dog who is better at boundaries than most humans I know, and another who is better at expressing his needs than anyone I've ever met.
I say all of this because I think it matters who you work with, not just what they're trained in.
