If you've been carrying something heavy for a long time, you're not alone.
Maybe life looks fine from the outside. You're functioning, showing up, doing the things. But inside, there's a low hum of anxiety you can't quite name. A tiredness that sleep doesn't fix. A sense that you're living just slightly outside of your own life.
That's not a weakness. That's not ingratitude. That's what unprocessed trauma feels like in the body, and it makes complete sense given what you've been through.

You might recognise some of this
You feel exhausted or on edge, even when nothing is technically wrong. Your body holds tension — disrupted sleep, chronic stress, emotional numbness — that you can't explain. Self-doubt is loud. Boundaries feel complicated. You keep finding yourself in the same patterns, even though part of you desperately wants things to be different.
This is your nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do. It protected you. And now, with the right support, it can learn something new.

Trauma healing is possible — even when it's hard to believe
You deserve to feel safe in your body. To trust your own instincts. To move through your relationships — and your life — without bracing for what comes next.
Somatic trauma coaching works not by talking about what happened, but by helping your body and nervous system complete what they never got to finish. The result isn't a fixed version of you. It's a freer one.

About me
I'm Subuhi Safvi, a certified Trauma and Resilience Life Coach (Trauma Institute International) with a Master's in Psychiatric Social Work and a Master's in Conflict, Development and Security.
I'm also a survivor of childhood trauma and intimate partner violence. I say that not for sympathy, but because I think it matters that you know: I understand how invisible these wounds can feel, how hard it is to believe that healing is real, and what it actually takes to find your way back to yourself. I've done this work on myself. That's why I do it with others.
My training includes somatic practices, inner child work, parts work, family constellations, metaphor therapy, non-directive counselling, and trauma-focused nervous system regulation. Every tool I use is one I've sat with myself.
My approach is slow, collaborative, and built around one belief: healing doesn't require pushing. It requires safety.

How we work together
Depending on what you need, our work may include:
Somatic tools and nervous system regulation - learning to feel safer in your body and move out of survival mode
Inner child and parts work - gently meeting the parts of you that had to go quiet to stay safe
Family constellations - uncovering inherited patterns and beliefs that were never originally yours
Narrative and metaphor therapy - shifting how you relate to your own story, in language that feels true to you

The next step
If this resonates, the first step is a Discovery Session — a 45-minute conversation where we look at where you are, what you're carrying, and what support could look like for you. It's Rs. 2,000, credited toward your first pack if you decide to move forward.
There's a short form to complete before we meet — it helps me show up fully prepared for you.
You've already done the hardest part. You've survived. This is the part where we work out what comes next.
