How I Can Support You
As a Certified Trauma & Resilience Life Coach (Trauma Institute International) with a Master’s in Psychiatric Social Work, I bring both lived experience and professional training into our work together. I’m not just trained in this work — I’ve lived it. As a survivor of childhood trauma and intimate partner violence, I understand how deep the wounds can go, how invisible they can feel, and how hard it is to believe that healing is possible.
That’s why I’m so passionate about this work. I know from personal experience that with the right support, you can come home to yourself again.

I’ve also trained in Non-Directive Counselling, Metaphor Therapy, and trauma-focused methods that honour the wisdom of your body and nervous system. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t require pushing, just the right support and safety.
