Cancellation Policy

Confidentiality Everything shared within this group is held in confidence. As your coach, I will not share anything you disclose outside of our sessions. I ask the same of every participant: what is shared in the group stays in the group. This is the foundation of a safe space, and everyone who joins agrees to honour it. The one exception: if I have reason to believe that you or someone else is at risk of serious harm, I may be required to take appropriate action. I will always aim to speak with you directly before doing so, wherever possible. This is coaching, not therapy Reparenting Your Inner Child is a coaching and personal development programme. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment, therapy, or psychiatric care. If you are currently working with a mental health professional, I encourage you to continue that support alongside this programme. Rescheduling Because this is a group journey, the live call schedule is set at the start of the cohort. Rescheduling is only possible if all participants are in agreement. I ask that you check the dates carefully before booking and ensure you can commit to the programme as scheduled. Cancellations and Refunds Once your place is confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations and refunds are not available. If you have questions or concerns before booking, please reach out. I would rather you take the time to be sure than book in uncertainty. If you have any questions about any of the above, you're welcome to get in touch before you confirm your place.
