Something happened. And your body never got the memo that it's over.

Maybe it was one overwhelming experience. Maybe it was years of smaller ones, stress that never fully lifted, emotional needs that went unmet, relationships that left you doubting yourself. Maybe you can't even name it clearly, only feel it: a body that braces, a mind that spirals, a life that looks fine from the outside and feels like survival from the inside.

What happened to you should never have happened.

And you cannot change that. But if your nervous system is still running on old protection strategies, still scanning for threats that may no longer be there - that can change. That is exactly what this work is for.

What this work is, and what it isn't

This is not talk therapy. We will not spend our sessions endlessly revisiting what happened.

This is body-based, somatic work. Which means we begin where the experience actually lives in your nervous system, your body, your automatic responses, and we work from there.

Slowly. Safely. At your pace.

The goal is not to process every difficult memory. It is to help your body learn that it is safe enough to stop surviving and start living.

That shift. from bracing to breathing, from reacting to choosing, is what I mean when I say resilience. Not toughness. Not pushing through. The capacity to feel what arises without being swept away by it.

How the work unfolds

Healing is not linear. It does not happen in a straight line, and it is not the same for everyone. But there is a shape to it, a loose sequence of phases that most people move through, forwards and sometimes back, at their own pace.

We begin here, always. Before anything else, your body needs to feel safe enough to be present. We build this through somatic tools, breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, and guided meditation. Nothing is forced. We go at the pace your system

can hold.

Once there is some safety, we begin to look. At the patterns. At the parts of you that developed to protect you, the people-pleasing, the shutting down, the over-functioning, and we meet them with curiosity rather than judgment. This is also where inner child work and parts work

come in.

Reconnection

We begin to reconnect you to yourself, your needs, your instincts, yourtrue self. We use a combination of techniques to shift the stories that have been running in the background. With a clearer sense of who you are and what you need, we begin to look forward and explore what that looks like.

Some clients describe this as a kind of rebirth. I want to be honest: this phase takes time, often six months to a year of consistent work. It is not a destination so much as a way of moving through the world differently. With more choice. Less fear. A quieter relationship with yourself.

What we use

Sessions are tailored to you; there is no fixed protocol. But the tools I draw on most include:

Somatic practices and nervous system regulation: learning to feel safer in your body, one breath at a time

Breathwork: using the breath as a direct pathway to the nervous system

Inner child and parts work: meeting the younger or more protective parts of you with compassion

Family constellation: uncovering patterns that may be inherited, not originally yours

Narrative and metaphor therapy: shifting how you relate to your own story

EFT (tapping): releasing stored emotional charge from the body

Guided imagery and meditation: building an inner landscape that feels safe

CBT-informed reflection: gently examining the beliefs that shape your responses

Every tool I use is one I have sat with myself. This is not theoretical for me.

What to expect

Sessions are 60 minutes, held online. We begin with whatever is present for you; there is no agenda you need to arrive with. 

I ask that you come as you are. Not ready. Not fixed. Just willing.

Progress in this work often feels quiet before it feels big. You might notice you react slightly less. That you sleep a little better. That you said something you would normally have swallowed. These are not small things.

A final note

You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. You don't have to have a dramatic story. You just have to be someone who knows, somewhere underneath everything, that things could feel different — and who is ready to find out what that might take.

This work is slow. It is real. And in my experience, it is worth it.

Working together


Chemistry Session: Rs. 2,000 A 45-minute conversation to explore fit, answer your questions, and get a sense of what working together could look like. This is separate from the coaching itself; it is the first step.
 

Single Session: Rs. 3,500 for those who want to begin at their own pace.
 

4-Session Package: Rs. 12,000 Recommended for sustained work. Four sessions allow us to build safety, establish a rhythm, and begin to go deeper.
