Trauma Recovery Coaching

Phase 1: Clarity

We begin by learning to self-soothe and regulate our nervous system so the healing can begin from a safe space. Our next task is to work on acknowledging and accepting our reality and becoming aware of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This is where we begin to forgive ourselves, and start taking responsibility for our life.

Phase 2: The Story

When did the trauma begin, what is the pattern playing in your life? In this phase, we start accepting ourselves and challenging the thoughts and beliefs that keep us holding on to these unhealthy and unwanted patterns. We continue to maintain and improve our connection with our bodies and begin to connect with our inner child or shadow self.

Phase 3: Changing the Story

With a whole lot of love (for ourselves) we begin to solidify these learnings and begin creating healthy boundaries, with others and ourselves. You learn who you really are and learn to accept all the different parts of yourself. You learn to own your power and love yourself, treat yourself with respect, love and kindness, and expect the same from everyone else in your life. 

Phase 0: Acceptance

You notice you are repeating patterns - the same relationship with different people. You realize it is time to do the work and create a different story.
